How can I get started?
Karate JUNIORS(“Red group” 10-11 years and “Blue group” 12-14 years)
New practioners are welcome to join the group non-stop.
Start by filling out the junior karate registration form (not the adult/youth form on this page). We will contact you and let you know when you can come try it out.
You CANNOT come to try the training sessions without filling out the form and making prior arrangements!
ADULT (&14-17yrs youths) groups (ShinKyokushin karate, Krav Maga, Defendo, Ironman Kickboxing)
For karate, you can come directly to the training sessions to try it out.
NOTE! Fill out the registration form below, and we’ll contact you and agree on a trial session.

For the other disciplines, you can participate either directly through Orientation Sessions or via General Trial Trainings held a couple of times per season, followed by a general orientation session.

Orientation Sessions, basics of training in one discipline:
You’ll receive personal guidance (alone or with a friend) on the basics of the discipline and training, after which you’ll be able to join the group sessions smoothly.
Duration: 2 sessions of about 1.5 hours each, 1-2 participants.
Price: 25 €/person, 20 €/person for two people. (You pay 50 €/40 €, of which 30 € will be credited toward your first training fee if you decide to start training in the discipline).
Orientation Sessions are generally held in the afternoons and on weekends. Orientation Sessions are primarily held in Tornio.
The season fee, which covers training until the end of the season (Autumn until February 1st and Spring until August 1st), is 145 € in 2025. If you start late in the season, you’ll receive an offer for a discounted price.

Note: In our club, ALL training sessions and camps require registration through the Nimenhuuto app. Using it is NOT optional. The app can be used for free via a web browser or downloaded to your phone (4.99 €/year).
